The farm shop
Our self-service farm shop has a wide selection of the farm’s own products and other local specialities.
Besides our own organic lamb, cattle/beef, pork, ducks and geese, we also sell organic cheese, wine, and honey.
In addition, you can buy rabbits and game, lambskin, flowers and various specialities such as schnapps, salt, chocolate, marmalade, etc.
The shop is self-service, but Eva is usually nearby and can help with any questions and good meal preparation ideas.
Payment
In the farm shop, you can pay with MobilePay, debit card and cash (Danish kroner only). Follow the instructions at the pay desk and call (+45) 2345 4028 if there is a problem.
Family farm, Wadden Sea and farm shop
It is a family-run farm that puts ecology, animal welfare and sustainability at the forefront.
Varde Aadal Lam is a company run by our family, comprising Eva, Torben and our 3 sons Emil, Anton and Asger.
Eva and Torben took over the family farm in 1989, where we started out with sheep as a hobby project. But one sheep became several, and today, sheep are our primary livelihood, besides producing vegetables and eggs, as well as having our own farm shop, farm sales and slaughterhouse. That which today is Varde Aadal Lam.
30 hectares of our land is in the Wadden Sea National Park, where the sheep graze in summer and hay is produced. The other areas around the farm produce potatoes, vegetables and winter fodder. You
